Fidelidade Travel Assistance


Travel Assistance has only one contracting option (Travel Assistance PLUS). Main services available: Tire replacement; Lack of fuel / electricity or incorrect supply; Loss of keys or keys locked in the vehicle; Replacement vehicle in case of accident or breakdown; Private driver in case of physical incapacity of the usual driver for driving as a result of an accident. In addition to insuring persons, luggage, vehicle and its occupants, Travel Assistance insurance gives the client benefits, free of charge, from the following services: Telephone assistance at time of the accident (advice on filling in the DAA, collecting elements necessary to characterize the accident, collecting and identifying witnesses); Useful travel information (weather, traffic, most suitable itineraries, workshops); § Scheduling and booking of travel services (accommodation, meals). Claims and Assistance


In the event of a claim, the policyholder must report it to Fidelidade as soon as possible, in writing, never exceeding the maximum period of eight days from the day of the claim. The claim must be submitted to the following e-mail: sinistros.automovel@fidelidade.pt If it is impossible to send the participation by e-mail, the Client will be able to deliver it, duly filled in at any Company Branch. If the Client intends to activate the Isolated Glass Breakage coverage, he can go directly to one of the companies specialized in repairing and replacing car glass with which we have an agreement.
