Travel Assistance

Travel Assistance has only one contracting option (Travel Assistance PLUS). Main services available: Tire replacement; Lack of fuel / electricity or incorrect supply; Loss of keys or keys locked in the vehicle; Replacement vehicle in case of accident or breakdown; Private driver in case of physical incapacity of the usual driver for driving as a result of an accident. In addition to insuring persons, luggage, vehicle and its occupants, Travel Assistance insurance gives the client benefits, free of charge, from the following services: Telephone assistance at time of the accident (advice on filling in the DAA, collecting elements necessary to characterize the accident, collecting and identifying witnesses); Useful travel information (weather, traffic, most suitable itineraries, workshops); § Scheduling and booking of travel services (accommodation, meals).
